Common-words are those based on an aggregation of academic word-lists and represent most of our active vocabulary. By default, words not listed on our word-lists are therefore uncommon-words. 

*consensus on prime-meaning is determined from the aggregation of the numbered sequence of senses drawn from the 3 main English language on-line databases.
